In the normal course of business, we disclose your personal information to our clients with your approval for a specific executive search assignment for which you are interested and qualified. We only provide our clients with information they require to make an informed decision regarding the candidacy of an individual.

Wherever practical and when necessary, we also obtain your express consent for particular uses and disclosures. On an as needed and temporary basis only, access is permitted to reputable contractors to provide maintenance and repair to our information technology and information systems. Upon payment of a small administrative fee, we will provide you with a copy of the personal information we have on file. IMindSource strives to maintain accurate records of your personal information however, this cannot be achieved without your help. In this ongoing effort, we ask you to provide us with your most up to date information.
